General Art & Antiques Sale 14 – 26 April
Our auction will take place from 14 until 26 April. This will be a regular live auction but without (or limited) bidders in the auction room. (Live Webcast Auction )

If you are a new (or not fully registered/approved) customer
Live online bidding, leaving absentee bids as well as creating a list with your favorites, etc. is possible through your personal account on our website. To create an account you will need to register (only once). To complete your registration with approval for bidding we will send you, immediately after you have registered, an automatic email (check spam) requesting you to send us a copy of your ID. Please reply to this e-mail, we will process your details and approve you to bid. Please note that we need to receive your ID latest 24 hrs. before you want to bid ‘live online’ to guarantee that we can approve you in time.
Our buyer’s premium is 29,5% including VAT.
Bid ‘live online’
You can login during the ‘live online’ session in which the lot or lot numbers of your interest will come up for auction to follow the auction ‘live’ and bid ‘live online’. Our sale is a ‘Live Online’ auction. Due to Covid-19 without audiance in the room.
PLEASE NOTE: BID VIA YOUR PC, NOT FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE OR TABLET
Placing a bid through our online catalogue, is placing a maximum bid. We will try to buy the lot as cheap as possible during the ‘live session’ but if someone else is bidding also (absentee bid, live online or by telephone) we will bid during the live online auction as high as needed, up to your maximum bid. You will not receive e-mails if your absentee bid is over-bid, nor is your absentee bid visible online for others.
Booking a telephone line for a lot number or several lot numbers is possible, for lot numbers with a minimum estimate of circa € 400,-. Due to limited telephone lines we prefer you to bid ‘live online’ or leave a maximum bid through our online-catalogue if possible. You can request condition reports and additional images by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If you require any additional information or images, our specialists are happy to provide this by e-mail, phone or videocall. Please note that we have already anticipated by placing multiple images and details of lot numbers in the online catalogue and conditions are mentioned in the descripion.
Shipping and collecting
Small items and paintings can be send to you by package to any address around the world. For this service we work with easy2pack. Through this link: www.easy2send.nl/veilinggebouw-de-zwaan you can ask for a quote, beforehand, or after purchase has been done. As soon as you paid us for your purchase(s), they will take over collecting, packing and sending. Payment for this service will go through easy2send and not through us.
For pieces that are too big or heavy to send in a normal package, you can also get a quote by easy2send.
Collecting is possible 17, 19, 21, 28, 29 and 30 of April, from 10.00-17.00 hrs, by appointment only. An appointment tool is online on our website to plan your appointment, we work in timeslots of 3 minutes.
We can arrange delivery by the two transport companies we work with regularly, or have your purchased lot numbers picked up by a transport company of your choice.
