Which personal data do we process?

We need this information to contact you, to be able to implement and fulfill the agreements made with you. We may also use this information to send you informational or commercial messages related to our business. If you visit our website, we may be able to monitor your surfing behavior via cookies.
What do we do with your data?
We process data to provide the services for which they are intended; buying and selling goods and including them in any mailing files. We only provide this information to others when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, such as a transport service. We require these persons to handle this data carefully and only use it for the purpose for which we make it available to them.
We like to keep our customers and those who have given permission for this informed, and can also use the personal data to send (electronic) newsletters.
You can register on our website for current online participation in our auctions (live bidding). For this service we use the software program of NextLot. To use this service, you can register for a personal account (NextLot account) via the online button.

We can delete your personal data registered with your NextLot account at any time at your request. You should take into account that personal data may have to be stored for a certain period for the purpose of a purchase agreement that has already been concluded. Requests for deregistration can be emailed to email@example.com .

Our website may use (external) cookies. You will (then) be asked whether you wish to accept them or you can set your browser to automatically accept or reject cookies. If we nevertheless cannot come to an agreement, you also have the right under privacy legislation to submit a complaint to the privacy supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
