Executing agreements
We process data to provide the services for which they are intended; buying and selling goods and including them in any mailing files. We only provide this information to others when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, such as a transport service. We like to keep our customers and those who have given permission for this informed, and can also use the personal data to send (electronic) newsletters.

Online services

You can register on our website for current online participation in our auctions (live bidding). For this service we use the software program of NextLot. To use this service, you can register for a personal account (NextLot account) via the online button.

View, change & unsubscribe online services and unsubscribe from newsletters

We can delete your personal data registered with your NextLot account at any time at your request. You should take into account that personal data may have to be stored for a certain period for the purpose of a purchase agreement that has already been concluded. Requests for deregistration can be emailed to info@dezwaan.nl .
